Ayan Sheel's scandal widens to family members

The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) has been investigating Ayan Sheel, who was recently arrested in a teacher recruitment scam. The investigation has revealed that Ayan has been involved in various other activities, including investing in movies, working in serials, and trying his hand at the hotel business.

Now, the Enforcement Directorate (ED) has discovered the whereabouts of Ayan's petrol pump in Gurap, Hooghly, which is being run by his son, Abhishek Sheel, and his girlfriend, Imon Gangopadhyay.

Sources from the Central Intelligence Agency have reported that Abhishek and Imon are partners in the Shukla service station located in Gurap, next to the Durgapur Expressway. According to detectives, business funds were transferred to Imon's account. The ED has closed 32 bank accounts, three of which were in the name of the Shukla service station.

The ED has alleged that crores of black money have been laundered through the joint venture of Abhishek and Imon, as well as the petrol pump recruitment scam. Ayan had instructed Abhishek to open an office for him at Bandel Road in South Kolkata, which has since been closed.

An employee of the pump has confirmed that Abhishek is the owner of the petrol pump and has been seen there once or twice. The employee also noted that Abhishek arrived in a white car and that Imon is also a partner in the business.

The investigation into Ayan Sheel's various activities is ongoing, and more information is expected to come to light in the coming weeks.
